i am very new to this and the conversations are driving me crazy!! who on earth uses pounds as a unit of measure?!!
what are some fun, easy to do tips for workouts ?? and where are you all from??

Haha no kidding you're not Aussies, how could anyone ever confuse us :P As for pounds it's not so bad 2.2lb to a kilo - done.

Oh BTW - you know you can change the measurement units? Home -> Settings -> Change Units
And you can't really blame people for talking in measurements they've used their entire lives. I'm sure there's things we say that drive them batty. Especially some of the slang our two countries have a penchant for.
