Feel and look thinner, not losing pounds or inches

Hi everyone,

This is the first time I have posted on here but I am getting so frustrated now I wanted some advice. Basically, I stick to my 1200 cals everyday and work out at leat 3-4 times a week. On the days I work out I eat more so that I am still at 1200. I have not moved on the scales for months and not moved inches either.

Does anyone have any advise?

    Are you eating back the calories that MFP or the machines give you? Try halving them because they over estimate

    I have found the same over the last few weeks. I feel thinner, my clothes are looser and people are starting to notice changes in my shape, but I havent lost inches or pounds in weeks! Its very strange :/
  • I did wonder about this actually and I think I may need to do more with my exercise as I do bike then circuit/weight training and I feel like all I am doing is toning the fat if that makes sense? Maybe I need to start running or do more cardio?
