Are the calories in raw or cooked pasta/rice?

Im so confused. When there is 350 calories in rice (or pasta) is that in 100 grams of raw rice or 100 grams of cooked rice? Because they do weigh more when they are cooked.

That would be raw. 100g of cooked rice would be about 130 cal (per website linked below). I found some listings for rice to be wrong, even with name brands attached so it's best to check the labels of the brand you're using and double check to make sure the MFP listing matches the labels info. For pasta and rice, you can assume raw unless otherwise stated.
