New here, need motivation

Hey all! I am new here and happy to be here!!
I am going back to doing the Weight Watchers thing. My wife and I are doing it after gaining some weight during our first year of marriage. We both lost substantial weight from it in the past but gained it all back. We feel like crap because of it and want to succeed this time. We have been on it for 3 days so far. It's been going pretty well b7ut last night at a birthday party we slipped up. We ate almost uncontrollably. What is worse is that we promised ourselves that we wouldnt eat anything but fruit... Can anyone offer any help or tips for not breaking those promises. It seems to happen too often...

Don't deprive yourself of the things you really enjoy eating. Make sure you are within your daily point allowance, remember the weekly extra points Weight Watchers allows you. Earning activity points is always a good thing. As long as you are mindful of what you put in your mouth, you will be ok. The MFP website is awesome.
