have you heard of slow carb? there is a group on that. it's based on the 4 hour body book. basically you can eat as much as you want as long as it's not a "white" carb or a fruit. you can eat tons of veggies and legumes. i've lost 5 lbs in a week following this diet so far.

I have been following the Heller's Carbohydrate Addict's Diet and I am finding that after many attempts at hopping on the low carb band wagon, this is the best option for me. A typical day for me has 2 meals which are very low carb (net carbs not exceeding 20 for both meals) and the "reward Meal" can be whatever you want as long as long as it's balanced and it's consumed withing an hour. Definitely a satisfying way to eat...I have a real dessert every day and I'm steadily losing weight!

Since I have gone low carb I found a wonderful store online: lindasdietdelites.com that has an amazing selection for low carbers. This site lets me have my bread and other goodies. Hope this is helpful!

Definitely.. I'm following a (very) modified version of the The 17 Day Diet. But some of the other posters suggestions sound like good options too.
