Thigh exercises?

So recently with losing weight I've definitely lost weight in my stomach, but my thighs seem to still be kind of fatty. Can someone give me some different thigh exercises or links to help blast thigh fat? I've built muscle on them from working out and sports, but I just can't get the fat to deplete. Strong and toned is what I'm aiming for

This post is one big contradiction.
It is true that you cannot spot reduce. So heavy squats and deadlifts will not "tone up" your legs...because that's what "spot reducing" means. :laugh:
That said, you still SHOULD do heavy squats and deadlifts, because if you do them while eating at a moderate deficit, you are preserving your lean muscle in your legs, so when the calorie deficit eventually takes fat from your thighs, you will have strong, smooth, lean thighs underneath, and a great lifted booty to match.
Stick to a calorie deficit while lifting weights, and be patient. You'll get there. Your body will take fat from wherever it's genetically predisposed to first, and your "trouble zones" last. Don't give up, I know the struggle. I lost weight from everywhere, my upper arms, stomach, ribs, clavicle, back, even my FACE, before my thighs and butt started to budge. :explode:0 -
Running or walking hills develops your hamstrings.
BIcycling develops your glutes.
If you're more likely to stick to aerobic than weight exercises.0 -

You can try HIIT training, sumo squats, ballerina squats, squats squats squats lol. Also the assisted weight machines in the gym specific the thigh abductor and inductor.0

Considering how lean the OP looks, Id guess a recomp and lifting heavy would be enough to make positive changes in her physique without the deficit.
