Try sparkling water and add a small amount of no added sugar cordial to each glass. Almost no calories in the cordial and no sugar but tastes like a sweet fizzy drink!0

Hi, I have the same trouble too. I hate water, but then I only have about 4 cups of tea a day and a small glass of fresh Orange juice. The most I have managed is 3 glasses a day, so I must try harder. Having read other posts, I will try squeezing some Lemon juice into it to see if that helps. Good luck. :drinker:0
