    I pray to God every night to help me with this journey. I know he is watching over me, but I need help from him to say "no" to food sometimes. Would love to work with you on this journey, with God's help. Plus, it looks like we are the same age!

    I prefer to be in groups rather than individually emailing people. Maybe you can join those groups. They are not very active. Maybe you can help them become more active.
