So weighed well this week, with a two lb loss, I'll take that. Over all 23lbs. Can't complain. But why are my measurements not going down. Anyone know what could be causing that?
Appreciate any feed back.

As I have gone from 262 (not my heaviest) to current 175, I have noticed that when I'm losing pounds my inches don't change and then when I'm not losing pounds for a week or two, if I measure I will often be pleasantly surprised that my inches have changed.
I have no idea why this is, but just giving my experience! Be patient and I'm sure yours will as well.0 -
Similar situation here... I think its my measuring. My clothes are so loose. I can wear a size below what i used to wear. So I have to believe I have no idea how to properly measure.0
