Not sure if 1250 is enough.

Hey guys, I know, there are lots of topics about this subject, but since we're all individuals, it's still always a bit different .
So, I'm 1,58 cm ( 62.2 inches ) and weigh 69kg ( or 152 lbs ). Now, MFP set me a goal of 1250 calories, which, If I wasn't making as much sports, would be way too less. So, I am doing 6 days a week sports. ( Do you know Fitnessblender? - Youtube - this kind of sports ), including HIIT, Cardio, Strength, Pilates, nearly everything. Saturday I'm usually hiking..and end up with 6-7 ( if not even more some times ) hours of sports/ week.
So, my BMR is somewhere between 1400-500 calories, and my TDEE somewhere from 2100-200.
With the calories I burn ( depends on what kind of sports i do, but usually between 2-400 calories) I eat average 1500 calories a day, net calories 1250. ( I eat all my exercise calories back, since I think the calculation of the claories I burn seem pretty accurate. )
Recently i feel often a bit tired and my hands and feet tend to get cold easily, but I'm not sure wheter I'm eating too much or too less..( I'd rather tend to; less )
Any suggestions or advices?
Thanks in advance

If you registered all that on the MFP goal setting area, it will give you your intake goal. You probably shouldn't put sedentary down, based on your activity. I am 5'4" and was eating 1500 a day. At your height, it's probably more. Also, I am pretty active, so I chose active, rather than sedentary. It adds your exercise into the calculation and gives you more calories to eat when you do.0

Well, so there wouldn't be any difference. I eat my claories back, if i know chose active, I'd eat pretty much the same amount, just not eating back exercise calories .0

Are you making progress towards your goals? Are you trying to lose weight or maintain? If you're feeling tired and not recovering well, you may very well need to eat more. I base calorie goals off of progress. What I do and what I recommend to people is to eat at a calorie level that allows you to drop 1-2 lbs/week. This assumes an average calorie burn from you getting in all of your workouts. This will be different for everyone, so you'll have to do some trial and error to figure it out. I'd start ~1600 cal/day. Hit this goal, along with your macros and getting in your workouts, for a week. If you lose 1-2 lbs, you're good to go. If you lose too much, increase your intake and repeat. If you don't lose enough, reduce your intake a bit and repeat. After a few weeks, you'll figure out what works for you in your situation.

how fast are you losing weight? if over a pound a week, you might want to eat more. if not over a pound a week, are you eating enough protein and carbs? is it possible you're physically exhausted?0

I do make progress ( trying to lose ) , but it seems a little bit slower than recently. I am almost always in my calorie goal, most of the time 100 under it .
I also do eat clean, but every two weeks I have my cheatday, but I think it doesn't hurt, it's something I need to stay on track and to look forward my clean diet again .
I just wonder If I eat too less..I do a lot of sports, especially HIIT..I also do have a lot of muscle tissue ( doing sports for 2 years now ) ..which adds probably some more calories to my BMR.
But I'll try, I'm just afraid of gaining weight. - I do know, it's just a head thing .0 -
For sure enough protein and enough ( healthy ) fats. Normally I lose 5-8 lbs/ month..what is a lot..and I think maybe I now even eat too less, even if it doesn't seem to me like that, because I'm eating my exercise calories back..but my net calories are still 1250..so yeah0

If you opened your diary you may get more assistance. I would say that you are not eating enough if you are only netting 1250. You should be netting closer to your daily total if you are eating back exercise calories. Also you should not come in below your BMR.0

Opening my diary wouldn't help, since everything is in german . I also thought on that before, but, well, most people here wouldn't understand .0

I'd suggest perhaps calculate your TDEE using this site, as it allows you to match up your exercise levels as well.

That should give you a good indicator of the amount you can eat and still lose weight.0
