Suggest extra calories

I've been stuffing myself with food and still have a thousand calories to eat.

I need good suggestions.

Hi my name is Kelly. I am on the NJ Diet. Is that what you are on? I am in Phase 4. I was told to add healthy fats, like olive oil to my foods. I have the same problem. We can add extra serving of meat, fruits and veggies. This calorie tracker really helps. What do you eat for breakfast? I was told to use Kefir. I found it in a solid form like cottage cheese, YUK, and also i have seen it in a drink. You have to make sure it is plain, though. You can add fruit and make a smoothy.
I also have couple of scrambled eggs. You can use a little butter too! hope thi helps. I started an NJ Diet community on Facebook, if you would like to join!

It's hard to give specific advice without being able to see your diary but here are some generic ideas for calorie dense foods:

Peanut butter, nuts and/or seeds, dried fruit. Or put the last few together with some chocolate chips or m&ms and make a trail mix. Ice cream. Cut out any diet foods that are low cal, low fat, fat free, etc and eat the regular versions.

My suggesting is this, open your diary if you want food or eating suggestions.

since your diary is private and you don't mention what foods you're eating now, it's hard to make suggestions, but i'll try and make a few.

avocado is calorie dense and packed with healthy stuff. tastes great spread on bread instead of mayo, makes lots of different tasty dips.

potatoes, baked with light sour cream or yama.

protein powder in milk or soy milk. some are very tasty, and if you need more calories, protein is always a plus unless you're eating VERY high protein already.

ice cream - if you have the calories to spare, it's always a plus ;-)
