I know you have them! What was one little moment on your journey that made your day just a little bit brighter?

Probably the best was when I FINALLY got my first comment about my weight loss from someone outside my family and those select few friends who knew I was trying to. It took 49 pounds to get there (it just happened a couple of days ago)… but IT FELT GREAT!0

Getting basic hygiene back (being able to wipe back there)0

I'm able to shop in the same store as my teenagers for clothes. No more plus sized stores for me!!0

My NSV just happened this morning... I have lost 26 pounds and been on MFP for 65 days. Due to severe knee injuries, my exercise is limited to swimming. I swim a minimum of 1 hour at least 5 days a week. This morning when I was getting dressed for work, I decided to try on a pair of black dress pants that have been hanging in my closet for 2 years. I had been too big to wear them. This morning, I decided to try them on and to my surprise, they fit perfectly! Today is going to be a great day!!!0

I had a bad few days on my eating and took a step back last week gaining weight. I was really down. I re-focused my diet and continued my daily workouts.
Beginning with the very next day, I have had about 5 compliments from people outside my family. Even a couple "you look skinny".:happy:0 -
I keep feeling these two hard things.... What are they? Oh yeah, my collar bones... I didn't even know they were missing!0

My best NSV was the day I had to clean out my entire closet (all plus size clothes) because everything was too big. I had been wearing "hanging onto them" for way to long and people started to tell me it was time. So, everything went. Summer, winter, casual, dressy and even shoes. I lost a size and a half in shoes! Then when I restocked my closet, I felt like I was looking in someone else's closet. It was quite an adjustment, but a good one!0

The BEST so far is a recurring one...every time I sit down in a booth and fit with tons of room to spare.0

there are so many but the day I hit the single digits I cried and jumped up and down with joy that the lady in the dressing room next to me gave me a high five when I came out. ITs great that other woman can understand your joy when your hubby just stares at you blankly and says good job. I keep discovering new ones almost everyday really. Honks from passing drivers on my daily walks, my hubby not being able to keep his hands or eyes off of me, pushing myself more all the time, fitting in awesome clothes, having my confidence back and feeling beautiful again. I could go on and on. I think non scale victories are what keep me going all this time.0
