This is one of my favorites! Sorry it is blurry, I was in a hurry to eat!

A 3 Egg White and Fresh Spinach Omelet filled with Tomatoes, Calamata Olives and Queso Cotijia and topped with Shrachi! .

Total: 169 Calories, 7 Carbs, 9 Fat and 16g Protein.

    I was hungry after lifting weights so I had scrambled egg whites with spinach, oatmeal with protein powder, and some fruit. AND COFFEE LOTS OF COFFEE OMG.

    depends on the weather..

    summer time fruit smoothie made at home with 180grams of frozen mixed fruit, 50 grams of protien powder, 1cup diet pom cranberry juice and 1 cup of almond milk...nutri bullet bam breakfast...about 340 calories 45grams of protien

    rest of the time...usually 1egg+2 egg whites scrambled/fried with bacon and toast or shrimp and toast or sometimes with potatoes or fruitloops with milk and bacon and toast. Usually around 400 calories and about 35grams of protien depending on the amount of meat I eat.

    I have been making raspberry pancakes or banana ones...even baked apple pancakes, sometimes french toast...depends on my mood.

    I had one large apple-cinnamon pancake. The mix was half Bisquick and half ground oatmeal. I added a chopped up apple to the mix, vanilla and cinnamon. Four pancakes came out of it and I ate one this morning with sugar free syrup.

    It was purty good. I didn't buy a bagel today so I'm on a roll. Woo hoo!

    Power shake! Genisoy vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of skim milk, a handful of spinach and a 1 cup of frozen blueberries. It turns an unappetizing grey colour, but it's delicious!

    Comes in at 300 calories and SO filling.
