lose 10lb by september 5th

i start university two weeks after the 5th and i want to lose 10lb

that's in a month, obviously

is this possible?

    It all depends on how hard you work and how much you weigh now

    Losing 2.5 pounds per week is hard work unless you are very over weight

    I personally wouldnt suggest trying to lose that much weight in such a short , if you are successful, a lot of it could be water weight and once you hit your goal could gain it back...

    It wouldnt be the healthiest of routes but I am sure it could be done

    Possible? Maybe. Probably or healthy? No.

    Log your food, hit your daily calorie goal, get some exercise in, eat half of those calories back. You'll probalby lose a few pounds in the next month.

    a few pounds?! i cant be this fat before uni. i'm going to zante with my friends for a week so i might just eat less there

    i don;t need much food
