My go-to smoothie: 1 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp nut butter, 1 banana, handful or two of spinach, 1/2 cup blueberries, and some protein powder. It always keeps much full through the morning.

Sliced an avocado, put an egg in each half, sprinkled parsley, italian season, and picante salsa on it . Baked it for 30 minutes and ate it with some early grey tea, toast, and brown rice.

Best breakfast I've had in ages.

    Veggie Omelette

    Ingredients:
2 eggs (or 3 egg whites)
    One tbsp of milk
    One small red pepper
    1/4 cup of chopped mushrooms
    1/4 can of tuna

You cook the veggies first for 4 minutes, set them aside. You whisk the eggs and milk together, then pour them in a pan so the bottom is covered. Cook for 2 minutes, then put veggies on one half of the omelette. Fold the uncovered half over the veggies. Cook for two more minutes.
