Hi I am Anne and I live in Kentucky, and I had the gastric sleeve done on December 20, 2013, and I have lost 74 pds but I am not only losing weight I am also building muscle...I run 4 miles 4 days a week and on every other day I walk.. and I feel grrreat!!! This has been the craziest ride I have ever been on. On June 7th I for the first time ran a 5K just before my 40th birthday. Ianyone ooking for a buddy I am available.:smile::blushing:

    Congrats on your success with the gastric sleeve. I was at the corner of get serious or have surgery and I decided to turn the bus around and give it another (hopefully last) shot on my own. I have been working on it for 6 months. Though I am only down 18 lbs, I feel so much stronger. Feel free to add me. I am active daily.
