Sweat?

Hey guys. Don't want this to sound like a silly question. I have dieted before and got great results but recently when I go for walks, or do other cardio/strength workouts I find myself sweating! I don't sweat usually and although we are having hot weather lately unless I'm exercising I seldom sweat. Is this a good or bad thing? The constant showers are a pain!

How much sodium are you getting on average? I found when I cut mine back too far the same thing occurred0

Normally I would say it's normal, but if it's a drastic change from what you normally do, you might want to check w your Dr?0

I have cut my sodium right now maybe it's that0

Sodium is relevant to your body being able to properly maintain its water content, blood pressure and heat regulation by sweating. Too much, or too little are both bad, but there is a sweet spot in the middle supported by several studies, like the one below.

Sweating is not generally a bad thing! However, I've noticed in the last 2 months I actually visibly sweat - and I never have before! So, in to see replies!0
