Cardio besides running?

Hii everyone! :smile: This is my first time using the boards, so sorry if I'm a little confused. Anyways, I feel like I'm at a weight loss plateau. I've been running almost everyday in the past 2 months and I don't see any difference in my body. I am also eating clean and I'm at a calorie deficit. What other exercises can I do besides running? I don't have access to a gym, pool, bike, exercise equipment. I'm 17, female, 5'5, and about 135lbs

    Hello.

    First of all, as you are under 18, you aren't supposed to be here, technically.

    Secondly, your BMI is in the middle of the normal range, so you are going to have difficulty losing weight. If you are unhappy with the appearance of your body, body recomposition is what you are looking for - eating at a small deficit and lifting heavy things.

    Thirdly, we can't be certain you are at a calorie deficit if your diary is closed :)
