My name is Sharon, I am new to the forum. I start about a year ago and life got in the way, my excuse....I am back and recommitted to getting this weight off..
Weight loss is nothing new to me, been doing it since I was in 3rd grade. I own the book on excuses, yoyo diets, fad diets. You name it I have done it. It is obvious none of these things have worked.
I have health issues directly related to Obesity and I am just to dang old to keep playing this GAME.
I am looking for support of those that are serious about getting their health back and don't use the word DIET....I believe the words "Healthy Lifestyle Change" "Healthier Eating" doesn't restrict the imagination on food once you figure out what is healthy foods..
If you are interested in keeping me honest and would like help keeping you honest than please add me...
