So I've been gone for quite some time.... I just had a beautiful baby girl and I packed on quite a bit of weight during my pregnancy. She is now 2 months old and I am ready to start working on getting back in shape. Food had always been a struggle for me, let's face it I like cake lol. But, it's time to get back into shape for me and my family. Working out and eating healthy is tough for me. I start out well and then fall off and slip back into old bad habits. I know this time will be especially difficult since I have a newborn and exhaustion and quick unhealthy meals seem to be the staple of mothers with infants. But, I'm gonna try... today is day one here's to hoping I stick with it. Fingers crossed!

You can do it! I didn't start trying to lose weight until my son was 19 months old (I wish I'd started sooner) but I'm proof you can be healthier after baby than before ???? I've lost about 80 lbs!0

Mine is about to turn 1 in a week and between her and the cake I'm in the same boat! I have a lot of weight to lose too. We can do this I'm sure. I'm just afraid of crashing again0
