I have found that adding some cooked spaghetti squash, or cooked shredded zucchini to spicy soups, casseroles or stuffings gives a larger serving with very few calories and no change in taste to many dishes. The vegetables are so mild they are hardly noticeable and make many foods more filling with the added fiber. Right now they are in season and pretty cheap at farm stands, etc. I do this in enchiladas, stuffed fish or chicken dishes, baked tuna casserole, spaghetti sauce, and potato or split pea soup.
Also, try some eggplant dishes. Bake or grill for no fat, top with tasty pasta sauce and low fat cheese.

On this note adding cauliflower to mashed potatoes or soups really boosts density without calories! Love low cal fillers for those hungry comfort food TOM moments!

most of the Oscar mayer cold cuts are 60-70 cal per 4 slices
at Costco, there are Bamboo Lane rice rolls, 45 calories each, they are in the first aisle, near the registers. They are sweetened and are great.
Green giant healthy vegs-- vision, immune and heart varieties: most are 90 cals per the whole pouch, some are for 2 servings/90 calories.
Progresso soups, light variety, cals vary, but there are some as low as 80 cals
Good Karma no sugar added flax milk, 25 cal/cup (hard to find, Wegman's on east coast carries it)
