At what times do you eat?

At what time of day do you eat your meals? For me it's:

9:30 -10ish- Breakfast

Workout

1-1:30 Lunch time

4:00ish- Snack

7:30- Snack

9:30- Dinner

I have to eat a late dinner on most day's due to work :(

    9-10 AM: Breakfast

    12 PM: Snack #1

    2 PM: Lunch

    4 PM: Snack #2

    6-7 PM: Dinner

    10 PM: Snack #3
  • Breakfast - usually 7-7:30 a.m. (except on weekends - then a bit later)
    Lunch - Noon
    Dinner - 7:00 p.m.

    Snack or sweet - whenever the mood strikes and I have enough calories for it.

    All freaking day long, it seems. Generally though:

    9:30am Coffee

    11:30am Some sort of breakfast or protein shake

    1:45 - 3pm Lunch

    5pm Snack

    8pm Dinz

    Whenever. Personally I don't have set times of eating, but ensure I get in the right amount of calories and macro/micros needed on a daily basis.

    4:30am breakfast

    8am- snack

    11am- lunch

    2pm- snack

    4-5pm dinner

    and then depending on if my blood sugar is dropping too low 8pm snack before bed

    Weekdays:
    7:30ish - Breakfast
    10ish- snack
    12:00 - lunch
    2ish - afternoon pick me up
    After 7 - dinner

    Weekends:
    11ish - breakfast (post long-run feast or just regular portion)
    2ish - lunch
    evening - dinner

    I'm really not rigid and eat whenever I'm hungry. Some days I feel like i eat all day long.

    I so rarely eat an actual meal these days I pretty much just graze.

    I eat when I'm hungry or just feel like putting something in my mouth, so no special time. :)

    About every three hours is average for me. I can go longer but don't like being hungry. I drink a ton of water during the day too. I try to keep each "meal" under 300 cal and I eat back my exercise calories.

    I used to have set times, now it's pretty flexible. But I usually have breakfast between 7 and 9AM, a little snack maybe, lunch around 12:30PM, another snack, and dinner around 4-5PM. On days that I stay up later, I tend to have a snack after dinner too. :)

    Whenever I'm hungry, basically.
    I have breakfast anytime between 6-8am, a snack around 11, lunch at about 1pm, dinner between 5:30-7, a small snack around 8pm.
    So yeah... all the time.

    Edit: I also occasionally snack between lunch and dinner if dinner will be closer to the 7 mark.

    To preface this, I don't eat at these times because I think it'll help me lose weight. I eat at these times because that's how my schedule is and I like my daily routine.

    5:00AM - Quest bar (on lifting days, 4x/week)
    Workout
    7:45AM - Protein smoothie
    8:30AM - Breakfast
    12:30PM - Lunch
    3:00PM - Snack
    6:30PM - Dinner
    7:30PM - Dessert (if I can fit it into my goals)

    Now, that's weekdays. Weekends are not nearly as predictable.

    I'll eat breakfast anytime between 9 and 12, lunch between 2 and 4, then dinner around 8 or 9, with a snack around 10:30 pm. I like to push eating later to try to combat the late night snacking urges :)

    Whenever I feel. Some days I eat breakfast at 8am, sometimes at 12 pm. Lunch is anywhere from 11 to 2 or 3. Sometimes I skip lunch. Dinner is usually around 5. Snacks I typically eat around 9 pm when the kids are down and after my lifting.

    Like cjacobs81 this is at work during the week on the weekends it is totally different. All depends where we are and what is going on.

    I eat breakfast around 8:30 and lunch around 12:30. Then I eat around 2500 calories between 7pm and 11pm. I may sprinkle a snack in there somewhere if I am going on a long ride after work. Since meal timing is irrelevant for the most part, I don't worry about it too much.

    I eat around my work schedule, so it entirely depends. I was working 6-12 most days, but now my schedule is going to be even more random. My daughter wakes me up at 7-730 so we'll usually eat breakfast by 8, and then we aim for lunch around noon, and dinner around 5:30 if at all possible with a snack usually after I exercise at around 230 or so.
