hello! new to the board

Hello! I am Bonny and I am new to the board. I am 33 years old and starting today i am going to try to start losing weight. I really would like to lose about 45 lbs. i am currently about 218 and i am hoping to find some people to maybe help kinda of give me the push i need when i really need it. I have a 3 yr old and its hard to go workout with her constantly trying to get under my feet or messing with me and at night i am wore out and dont feel like doing it.
I am married and we just moved to a new area with lots of places to go walking and i find myself completely lacking the motivation to get up and get moving, but yesterday my daughter poked me in the belly and said "oh your going to have a baby" (my jaw dropped). that told me i really need to do something. I have been thinking about doing the 30 day shred. Has anyone here had good results with that?? I know i am completely out of shape and im going to have to work hard.
any advice would be great and anyone who can maybe connect with me and help me or we can help each other would be great!
