    I did some cardio to daft punks "alive 2007" CD and was TOTALY pumped the whole time. If you like house music I highly recommend this cd :)))

    Last night I was on the treadmill listening to my Ipod... and perhaps this is a weird song to be motivated by but Eminem's new song "I'm Not Afraid" really made me feel good. Its a song about recovery; when applied to my issue with weight, its really inspiring.
