Looking for more people to help motivate me and vice versa, as well as potential buddies for fun exercise like swimming on the Heath or a river walk in the summer :) I'm 29, from London, writer of various kinds, got a lot to lose but really feel like this community is going to be the thing that makes me actually commit to the lifestyle change for the first time!
