Measure and count before adding to the foods.

... I'm a little confused on what you're asking. All of those are in the database... add them?

My thing is that i dont be using 1/4 teaspoon of adobo. If i have one piece of meat i add like a pinch or maybe 2 of adobo. I dont see an option. Thats why im asking. I dont want to input 1/4 teaspoon and then go over sodium levels.

Well wiki says a pinch is about 1/16 of a teaspoon so when it says 1/4 teaspoon of adobo, just put .25 as your serving amount.

This is also a great time to start experimenting. Fusion food is awesome. Of course, this is from a Californian - if you add avocado to any meal I'll probably eat it.

If you're looking for that 'kick' that salt gives you try using different vinegars or citrus to get that flavor and then balance it out with different spices until you get a similar flavor to what you're used to.

But if you're wondering how to include a 'pinch'
