Body weight exercises after c section

November will make 2 years since my c section. This is the first time I am really working those muscles (flutter kicks, planking, ect). Has anyone else experienced pain (like your stomach is going to explode) when trying to do anything with your abdominal muscles after a c section?

It could be adhesions. It's fairly common in women who've had cesareans. If it's really bothering you, you may want to talk to your OBGYN.

Yup, this. I experienced it some. Start out slowly and it does seem to get better. Now if you can cure the numb spots on my abdomen 7 years after my last section, Iam all ears.

No...There is the general tightness and itchiness around the incision but it is not related to exercise. It just comes on and off at any time. I’ve had mine for 2 yrs now, I exercise but do not have any pain in that area before, during or after exercising. I would suggest you see a doctor if it persists
