Exercise help

Hey guys I am now 7lbs down from my start weight. I've been taking the dogs for walks, literally walking everywhere aswell as using the wii and following exercise videos on YouTube. However I have ordered a treadmill but there is a delay for when that can be delivered and I was just wondering if anybody has any fat burning exercises? I don't have any equipment at home and I cannot go on heavy runs/jogs as I am asthmatic but I really want to add something more to my exercise so I can burn more fat and calories. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i would suggest looking into some strength/resistance training to help minimise muscle loss as you lose weight.0

Find some kettlercise videos on YouTube, buy a home DVD (you can get kettlebells as part of the package) or find a class at a community centre or your local gym. I do Kettlercise at least once a week and you burn a ton in a 45min class. It's really challenging and you sweat buckets but has really helped me strip fat and tone. You work every muscle in your body in each class. I have tried pretty much every other class going and this is by far the best I've tried, and the only one I regularly go to.
You could also try some body weight exercises - sit ups, crunches, plank, squats, lunges, push ups, dips...0 -
Thanks for the help!0
