My Body Sounds Like Rice Crispies...

Doing Tapout XT, and since day 1 it's been "ohh let's torso swing for fun" (side to side upper body ISO rotations). The feeling a tug, before a POPOPOP or a BOOM. Or a simple stretching of the shoulders before a tug and SNAP.
Is that normal, and will it go away ?

Do you mean when you move it feels as though your shoulder joint pops or do you mean when you feel the skin it feels like rice crispies underneath?
Is it's the former I'm not sure but if it's the latter your should head off to the emergency room pdq.0 -
My shoulders, hips and knees usually 'crunch' when I exercise. No pain can just feel it. *touch wood* not had any problems for the last 5 years or so! If you're getting pain I would seek medical advice just to rule anything out.
When your joints 'crack' most people have the misconception that it's caused by the bones rubbing together. It's actually caused by the release of trapped air between the joints - which is nothing to worry about. My knees crack pretty much every time I bend down/squat0
