Mediterranian Tuna Salad

Filling, delicious, and decent calorie wise:
tuna salad:
2 5oz cans chunk tuna (once you press out the water, they can be as little as 3oz, so keep in mind when tracking calories)
1/4 cup light mayo (I use the one with olive oil)
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 roasted red peppers
1/8 cup feta cheese (optional)
1/4 oz crushed walnuts (optional)
Toss 2 cups of romaine with balsamic vinegar and a dash of olive oil, top with 1/4 of the tuna salad mixture. Serve with multigrain crackers.
All together (with the cheese, walnuts, and crackers) it's 420 calories, 25 grams of fat and 26 grams of protein. I had it with my protein shake post workout and felt satisfied and full for 8 hours afterwards. Cut out the cheese, walnuts, and crackers and you're down 18 grams of fat and ~250 calories!
