Hi everybody im Mia, im 30 yo 5'2" . All my life i was the sporty type , i have done more than 10 years of horse riding and kickboxing. So i used to be really fit and felt good about my self. Before 3 years i got married and i got pregnant. During the pregnancy i manage to gain about 75 lbs .I started using MFP last November just so i can monitor my weight loss and food intake. At that point i weighted 222 lbs .So far and only through healthy eating i manage to lose about 22lbs and that is 1/4 from my target completed. Now i started seeing a dietologist and im hoping for some faster results. Decided to introduce my self cause i know doing this with other people will help me maintain a good mood and most of all will help me to not give it up again. This time i WILL get my body back.
