I'm 23 female . I've been changing my lifestyle for a little over a year. And a time goes the weight is slowly slowly coming off. Around 1-2 lbs every few weeks. And I workout 5/6 days a week and eat retativly healthy and clean. Of course I have cheat days. I just need some friends to help stay motivated and maybe some advice so I can avoid hitting a plateau.
