I really need the support! Been using mfp for a while but never got into having friends on here.
I really need the motivation, I lost loads of weight a few months ago but put it all back on and some more so I'm feeling pretty low.
Would be happy to give support to anyone else who needs it. I like the idea of having a weightloss buddy/ buddies to talk to on a regular basis for help.

Hello, im on a journey to loose about 100lbs or so... Think I started about 2 weeks ago, so far its been a roller coaster. its been hard. my scale keeps going up and down. went from 250 to 232lbs and now back up to 240.. im struggling, but I have no where to exercise where im at. I cant wait to move from NC back to FL where I will have my friends and somewhere I can walk. Is there anyone here in NC or in FL area??? feel free to say hello. needing any help and motivation and advise!0
