Help!

I'm just wondering- what are some quick exercises to help myyy butt? lol I would like to firm up my back side but can't sit in front of a tv and exercise for an hour! lol Plus I need to know what the good ones are?

    I ride a bike, it is great for burning calories, makes you feel energized and makes your legs, abs and bottom really toned. Well, I believe it is helping me.

    I train with a heart monitor and I recommend it.

    Squats. If you don't have weights, either jump squats, or take a ball put it against your back and do wall squats.

    I second Dave. Wall squats are the best for the bottom. It can be difficult, but thats how you know its working. Just take your time and pack on the reps. Good luck!

    Traditional squats to build muscle mass in the back side an then diet an cardio to burn enough calories to become more lean overall.
