P90X3 advice

I have been doing p90x3 for 2 weeks now and loving it! I am not using shakeology but am sticking to an eating plan.
I have a question. I have only lost maybe 1lb if that. I just had a baby 2 months ago and pre pregnancy am a pretty fit and active person. This is my 3rd baby and have always lost the baby weight. With 30 pounds to lose I figured it would start coming of pretty quick. I am breast feeding too.
I HAVE oat about 6 inches in 2 weeks which is great. I am on 1800 cals a day. Should I stick with 1,800? It feels like such a lot, I am tempted to drop to 1,600. My TDDE is 1,875 so 1,800 seems a lot to eat to lose weight?
Any advice???

if your TDEE is 1875, shouldn't you be eating about less than 1800 per day? that being said, it may be different because you're breast feeding, but honestly? i'd drop to 1600 cautiously and see how it goes. my guess would that that if you don't lose more than a pound a week, feel fine and are still producing milk you should be safe to continue. you could always ask your doctor's opinion to be on the safe side.0

thats the bit that gets confusing, P90 recommends 1,800 cals a day because of the workouts, and then breast feeding I allow myself say 300cals a day but my milk supply is good. I am just trying to find a healthy balance between milk production and weightloss....0
