Hi all,
I would finally like to do some sport again after having been sick. I thought I open this topic so you can share your favourite kettlebell workouts. I'm not looking for really fast workout as my lungs can't quite do that yet but rather for workouts with a good selection of different exercises that I can do at my own pace to get my muscles up and running again. To give you an indication: I currently can't do more than 50 swings and have to rest then to get my breath back.

I get kb workouts from livefitrevolution.org. There are very beginner-ish ones and you can also work from a printout instead of a video, if you want to move slower through them.0

Turkish Get Ups. Nice slow steady pace....basically works every muscle group.0

Thanks guys. Yes, I can do Turkish Getups (normally anyway). I'm just so terribly uncreative, and I know there are masses of KB exercises I've never done before. That's why I'm looking for a bit more to do, a ready-made workout. I checked out a few on fitness blender, but they all seemed to be HIIT-based.0

I'm a fan of Sarah Lurie's Iron Core Kettlebell0

bewm. Lots of KB workouts there.
I know you said no HIIT, but the basic KB exercises are routine to my workouts - KB swings, goblet squats and rebel push-ups (using a kettle bell pair or dumbells).0 -
Thanks a lot! Some great ideas in there0

Simple and Sinister is pretty effective:
On the StrongFirst site there's a story of a 73-lb weight loss using that approach.
Here are the urls since I don't know how to put links in posts.
