I lost 9 KG!! WOAHHH!!

Okay, so there was a day when i found i weighed 89 kg (196lbs). I jumped from 75 kg (165lbs) to 89! THINK ABOUT IT! HORRIBLE!

I started working out, and STOP EATING MACDONALDS! instead i sticked to the ceaser salads. Moreover, i began drinking green tea EVERYDAY. It really does help! Each time i wanna lose weight, i drink it twice or more a day!. I worked out, focusing on treadmill and cycling.
I DANCED A LOT. Yes, dancing is really good. It gets your body in a really good shape. Event though im not really pleased with my body still, i like the weight loss.
Moreover, i made myself active, i would clean the house, go get my own coffe instead of telling someone to. In university, i always walked
ALWAYS! i did not sit at all! Just moving around moving and moving!
After like 2 weeks, I was 85 KG! (187lbs)!

Later on i quit working out but still kept on with green tea, and quitting fast food! After i transfered, i began working out again!
in a really short time, i went down to 83 (182lbs) and NOW IM 80! (176.3)

I am 6.11 feet tall! ( i still dont like my body though, i feel fat even though everyone tells me that im ok)

I LOST 20 POUNDS!

GO GIRLS!! YOU CAN DO IT. START MOVING!!

  • Wow! I just converted that into pounds (just so I'd know what you were talking about - lol) and you've lost 20 pounds!!! Woohoo!!!
