Cheat days?

Does anyone ever have a day once every week or two where they cheat a little on eating healthy and at their calorie goal? I'm trying hard not to do something like that, but is it normal to treat yourself every once in a while?

Lately, I will have days where I go slightly over/stay right around maintenance. I still stick to my macros though. I find that I sometimes lose pounds the day after (not that daily weight changes say much anyway).0

I don't cheat, I just eat. My calorie goal has room for ice cream, cookies, pizza, alcohol, burgers - they fit into my goals and I enjoy them on a regular basis. Not every night, but often. If it fits in my cals, I eat it, and have lost the weight and kept it off for over two years now.

I don't cheat. If I want a snickers, I fit it into my caloric goal. Is it healthy? No. But it's life. I'm not someone who would stick with a lifestyle change if it meant thinking of stuff I like as cheats and permanently cutting things out. It's hard because we all bust our butts to stay fit but snickers are so good and I savor every morsel! No regrets.0
