I love Chinese food. Instead of rice, I put the stir fried dish on top of a bed of shredded lettuce or speghetti squash.

    Great idea! You can also look up a recipe for cauliflower rice which is easy and tasty!

    That is a great idea. Chinese people put stir fried on top of fried noodles, boiled then dried noodles. So whatever works!
