Calories in Korean pork hotpot?

Heya all. Anyone have a good guess for this? It was a large bowl with about 1/2 cup of cooked rice.

  I am assuming you are talking about Sundubu jjigae, like these below:

  If so, high end would be around 385 cals, and 1/2 cup of cooked rice is 103 cals.
