A whole lot of cheese and a guinea pig!

Every time I lose a pound now, I'm going to think about a guinea pig. Which is all right with me, because they're cute and they make me smile.

To be exact, I've lost 25 pounds = an average 2 year old + an ostrich egg.

    or

I've lost 30 pounds (if I wasn't a pound above goal) = amount of cheese an average American eats in a year

I probably eat at least that much - scarey

An average guinea pig does not weigh only a pound. Usual is 2-3 pounds.
