    Angel Food Pumpkin Cake

    Angel Food Pumpkin Cake---One box angel food cake---one cup water---15 0z canned ready pumpkin(the one with the spices in it)----pumpkin pie spice----mix up and put in a very large sheet cake baking dish(ungreased) and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with Redi Whip and enjoy. 178 calories for one twelfth of cake. It freezes in individual servings very nicely. Everyone loves this cake!!!

      Another really good one is to just mix a can of pumpkin puree (plain) with one box of the Spice Cake Mix! I've never seen the Angel Food recipe before. I will give it a try for my Mumm's birthday in November. She loves pumpkin!!
