lord knows....i'm trying again!! i will admit right off the bat, that i've tried a million times to loose this 30 pounds on me that shouldn't be there. i have the hardest time because i don't stick to things, even when the dislike of myself the way that i am is so strong, and i rarely feel "good and healthy".
i am a pre-diabetic, and that alone should keep me rooted. when i was first diagnosed that, i went on a strict doctor ordered diet, and for two years, i never swayed from it. i lost 40 pounds and felt wonderful. then after two years, thinking i had it all in control, i began to sway here and there. big mistake. 30 of the 40 is back, and now i can't seem to get myself going again.
but...if at first you don't succeed, try, try again...right? so, here i am again. i thought doing it on one of these sites, where others can see my failures or progress mite help me stay accountable. so here's hoping....
