So,my neighbor stopped by yesterday and gave me a package of hot turkey sausage links (she said she didn't realize they were hot). I've never had them before, and was wondering if anyone had a good and preferably simple recipe for them.

Sorry, no recipe...I eat spicy chicken sausage all the time, but I just heat it up in a pan and eat it plain. It's one of my favorite snacks.

I cook them on a grill top skillet and then put them in pasta or gumbo.

By themselves on a bed of sauerkraut or spinach, stir fry with cabbage...

Eat them as a hot dog...

I really like turkey sausage.. mostly like the sweet italian kind..\

    Maybe ChefSteveUrso has some suggestions

Just bbq them and add a little chili sauce on the side.

I cut up onions, peppers, and mushrooms, and saute or stir fry them with the sliced sausages and a little Tony Chachere's seasoning. Goes great with red beans and rice!
