New to community, trying to conquer binge eating

So, I am a 22-year-old college grad & I've been athletic my entire life. I ran daily in high school and was never overweight. The last few years I have been struggling with a binge/emotional eating disorder. I will eat tons of junk after work if I'm bored, sad or stressed and then starve the next day to "compensate" for it. Although I am still trying to eat somewhat healthy when I'm not binging, the junk has caused me to gain 25 pounds, mostly on the hip & thigh & butt areas. I'm just looking for support & accountability to beat this bad habit & develop a healthier relationship with food while getting back into shape.

I tried therapy for my binge eating, but I was struggling with it, wasn't really helping me to stop. Then someone on here posted this link: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1wx6KxI1RBLdW5nZlpsMmtYdTA/edit
It's not the answer for everybody, but this one has helped me more than therapy!
Good luck to you!0
