Figuring out calories burned

I'm doing bootcamp style workouts but how do you figure out the amount of calories you are burning? There's days where we are throwing tires across a parking lot, sometimes it's weights, sometimes it's sprints... It varies each day.

Also, look into buying a heart rate monitor that gives you a calorie use feature. It's not 100% accurate but in a decent tolerance and spits out a number to go off of.
I'm not a fan of the more accurate ones that require the band to strap onto your torso along with the watch but to each their own.0 -
recommend heart rate monitor.
i personally think it's most accurate0
