2 cans 5 oz. ea. tuna in water drained and flaked
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped apple
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
4 slices cheddar cheese or American cheese cut up
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
1 teas evoo
2 8-in pita breads or whole wheat pita breads halved
combine all ingredients except pita breads in medium bowl evenly stuff pita breads with tuna mixture
