So, I had been following a 1200 cal diet

And 10 days ago I decided to slowly increase for a "reverse" diet. Well, now it seems I am losing weight but I am not done with my "diet"
Should I continue until I get to maintenence or just stick with where I am and see how it goes?

In general, the lower the calories, the faster the losses. Changing things up can definitely break a plateau, and choosing shallower deficits can definitely increase patience and compliance, though.
