Can't Sleep & Stuffing My Face

Lately I've had insomnia where no matter what I do, I'm awake. The longer I stay up, usually past 1am, the more I think about food. At first it was real hunger but now it's just boredom & I find myself raiding the fridge & cabinets. I know it doesn't matter what time you eat, but I end up binging during these ungodly hours & then when I finally go to bed & wake up like a normal human being, I only have 800 calories left for the rest of my day. It sucks. How do I fix this?? Anyone else suffering from insomnia?

    What is your daily calorie goal? It may be too low.
    Caffeine can really affect your sleep.
    Are you possibly experiencing side effects from a new med?
    Finally, are you stressing about something?

    I actually just got married. I haven't been to the gym in over a month because I had no time & was too stressed out planning everything. I was maintaining around 1750 but I dropped it to 1650 to lose a few extra pounds to make sure I fit in my dress lol. I was doing so good until the wedding & honeymoon period where I allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted. 1 full week of carefree eating! No medications & I shouldn't be stressed out?

    I had a bad case of insomnia over the winter. How well I sleep is tied into how much I move. I would start adding exercise back to your routine and the insomnia will go away
