My bp was perfect and my weight is slowly moving!! I'm trying to change to mostly whole foods! Slow is best right?! I want it gone now but I dont want the saggy skin. Hoping slow loss and lifting weights works! I need great supportive friends also! I will interact with you.

Yes slow is good. If you lose too much weight then saggy skin.0

If you have a lot to lose saggy skin is something that can't be avoided, but losing slowly and in a healthy manner will keep it at bay as much as possible, and everyone is different so there is not real way to know how bad it will be unless you do it. But never let that hold you back from doing it.0
